"Good Location hotel.. Good behaviour staff in hotel.. and overall value for money."

"Damp. Everything damp. The walls. The bed linen. The pillows. Damp. No circulation of air in or around the building."

"Centrally located, good management, warm and efficient staff round the clock."

"Was really good stay!"

"Friendly staff"

"Room had no running hot water. After an hour we were told that the boiler was off. Why not make sure before providing it to the guest? The hot tub had mold, chipped off patches and caulking needed everywhere. I stay here once every year. This time it was not as good as last year. "

"Conveniently located with staff that go out of their way to help, an in-house restaurant manned by Khusbu madam overseeing delectable breakfast the hotel has all it takes to make your stay comfortable. Highly recommended. Dr RS Prasad"

"The room and the bathroom was clean enough however there was some kind of gaseous smell coming from the bathroom which went away after a couple of hours. Overall a good hotel for overnight and short stays. Since it’s in a mall may get noisy during the day."
